Sunday 21 September 2013 SANLAM debited my account with R1008. This amount was suppose to be debited on the 25 September 2013. I only had R1300 left in my account which is a surplus that carries me through until pay day. This is not the first time SANLAM breaches my contract in regards to agreed debit order dates. On 23 September I was left with less than R300 in my account. I contacted SANLAM and according to the call centre, the Finance department claims that the debit order was not suppose to go off on 21 September 2013. I informed them that I had plans with my family that very day and want my money back we were about to leave. I asked them to call me back in an hour. After about 1 hour 30 minutes I still did not received a call as promised. I call them back and request the assistance from a supervisor. The Supervisor also STATED that the debit order went off on the wrong date (he also confirmed this with the Finance dep) - At about 11h00, he stated that I must not call them again as they will get back to me ASAP (that very day - 23/09/2013). I eventually had to cansell my plans as SANLAM failed to assist me. More than three (3) weeks went pass and still NO FEEDBACK from SANLAM
