I am unemployed, I cancelled my policy before the end of November and Sanlam still debited my account even after cancelling the policy as he requested by e-mail to Johan Redelinghuys. I told him I cannot afford the policy any longer but yet Sanlam still debits my account!
The debit order as per written agreement is only suppose to be debited on the first of every month, but it is only the 28th today, is this not a breach of contract?
Please give me my money back now!
