Whenever one approaches an insurance provider for a claim they do so with great trepidation. And so did when I needed to claim after losing my possessions. If I'd known that I would be helped by an angel, I would even have wasted a second being anxious about making the lodging my claim.
From the first moment when she picked up the phone she was efficient yet empathetic, inquiring yet warm and caring. Throughout the call, she showed great care for not only me as a 1st For Women client but for me as a woman who had gone through a traumatic event. The best thing is I could tell that she wasn't just following a rehearsed script but she was authentic.
