So something went wrong with my home load debit order yesterday, I have more than enough funds available so I suspect something must have gone wrong with FNB's billing run.

And they have the audacity to send me this snotty SMS this morning, I quote:
"Your FNB Home Loan is in arrears. Please make immediate payment to avoid any action being taken against you.0877301100"

So I phoned this number and I was bounced from one answering machine to the next, useless!!!

I've have been a loyal customer of FNB for years and have converted how many people to FNB, I'm the first one in the crowd to boast about my bank when other people complain about bad service.

And then you get like this.

FNB - please done start disappointing now.
