After i cancelled my onelife health policy (IN DUE TIME) - guess what- i still get billed at the end of the month, After I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM THEM that the case was closed! R749.75 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT, without my permission to do so- better still, according to them it is up to me to reverse the transaction at the bank. I advise everyone who consider taking out health insurance to stay away from these people~ they are eager to lure you into the scheme but noticeably slow to rectify their unethical behavior!
