DISPLAY ISSUE AND INCORRECTLY BILLED

Hi

I have a Cheque account whereby i should only pay R99 once a month for all transactions.when i swipe or withdraw money from a standard bank ATM i get charge service fees, why?

I went to pick a pay on the 22 october at 18:50 and made a payment of R11903.91.I looked at my bank statement today and saw that this payment only reflected yesterday the 24th.

The sms shows that i still have a balance of R930.55 after my last transaction last night of R100.
This morning a Debit order of R500 went off and it bounced back due to insufficient funds?

On my bank statement it shows that :
24-10-13 - Debit card TRF * R500 payment * -R927.91 (arrears )( unpaid debit order)
25-10-13 - Debit card purchase * R100 * R1028.56 (how could this payment go off if im in arrears)

Please tell me whats going on and why the sms, dates, payment differs?
