I have been a loyal customer of FNB since 2003, my account has never been in arrears and now due to the fact that I have recently started my own business and obviously a business does not come over night. I was phoned by one of the Credit Managers to be told that my account was in arrears. I explained to her that I had started my own business and that I kew my account was in arrears and that I was waiting for funds to come in. Instead of living by her motto of HOW CAN WE HELP YOU, she did not even bother to put remarks on the system and I was charged left, right and center for bounced debit orders. I am barely making it through the month, do your really think that I have funds available to waste on bank charges. I am very unhappy with this level of service and I would like all my charges reversed as I asked for a grace period. Prove to me that you live by your motto of "How Can We Help You", by reversing all my bank charges for the months of April and May.
