Good Day.
This is the last straw. This has been going on since August where we applied for a payment holiday of 1 month on our Home Loan due to us doing renovations on our home. We got a call from Standard Bank to say it was approved but this call came after the debit order was rejected. The Bank had to do a respread on our account to remove the arrears amount. However someone just put in notes that a respread was done however it was never done. I am Very tired of getting calls twice a month saying im in arrears. Also interest is piling up on my account. When i try to call Standard Bank Credit Rehabilitation centre the phone rings and when someone answers it cuts out. This always happens so if i do wish to get to this department i need to go via the switchboard and 3 diff departments to get to someone that can help me. I had to tell this whol soppy story over to 101 people and im DONE!! I keep asking for a supervisor or someone who is able to update the system but noone is ever available. WHat is happening??? I refuse to spend a cent on airtime getting through to STD bank when the error is not mine... This poor service is unacceptable.
