FNB'S SLOGAN SHOULD BE "HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU"!!

I have been unemployed for the past 2 months and have recently found a temporary job. All my accounts had gone into arrears as well as my loan that I had taken out with FNB last year. I had called all my accounts trying to make an arrangement for me to start paying my arrears etc and all my other accounts had no problem in assisting me in trying to pay what i can afford each month as i am not earning as much as I used to. When I called FNB-"MY VERY OWN BANK" trying to make an arrangement to pay my loan with an amount that i could only afford to pay they simply said " SORRY WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU" and i will have to pay the full amount and arrears added to that. I was literally brought o tears that morning as I asked for some assistance thinking that MY bank would help me in need. Well I guess not. I definitely will be changing my bank. Other banks in which i do not bank with was able to assist me and that is the type of Bank I would recommend to anyone. FNB simply does not help people!

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!
