Very BAD response from Capfin

I made a Loan of R2000 from capfin to pay off over a 6 months period. A while after i have made the loan I lost my job and tried to make arrangement with them to give them a little less per month and then as soon as i find a job ill pay my arrears. I never had any response from them. I missed one payment and then i was able to pay as per normal again. i have had times where they try to take off the debit order before the date agreed on sms' and per phone then when the debit order bounces i have to carry the bank costs. this happend many times before. Then on the 4 dec i get a call from a Mrs malgas saying thank you for the payment and if i pay them the last amount of R111.05 i will be done with my loan, i agreed and told her to take it off asap so i can be done. They took off the debit order this morning 6 dec and then sent me a sms saying thank you and then i recieved another sms saying i am now in arrears with R484.91... When i explained this to a lady at the call centre she gives me attitude and says she doesnt know where mrs malgas got her story wrong coz im still in arrears R484.91. and the rent on this amount will go upto R550 by the time they take off the debit order?!!!
