Visa card not available

Tried to purchase online, card rejected. Phoned verified by Visa, apparently my card needs to have a valid date for more than 2 months. I asked Fnb to issue a new card asap (one would think they would know to send out a card before a customer can not use the old one)

I do most of my transactions online, so I had no access without a new card. Received an sms, my card is ready for collection, took the morning off, drove from Parys to Potchefstroom, waited in line for more than an hour, no floor manager, only to hear they have wrongfully send my card to Mooirivier in Natal and not the Mooirivier mall branch in Potchefstroom.

I requested them to get my card to the Parys branch asap. Still waiting for someone to call regarding my overdraft, it has been more than 2 weeks since someone promised I will receive a call. No card, no call and I have allot of inconvenience due to incompetence
