Phones just ringing

I tried to pay my Telkom account online on the Telkom website with my FNB Business credit card. I received a message reading as follow:

"Activate Verified By Visa on your FNB Commercial Credit Card

Please contact the following number 011 352 5211 to activate Verified by Visa on your FNB Commercial Credit Card for safe and secure online shopping.

Once activated kindly return to complete your online purchases.

By calling in to activate, you confirm you are authorised by your Company to activate Verified by Visa and shop online with your FNB Commercial Credit Card."

I have to do this before I can use my card.

I called the number and followed the menu until someone answered the call to tell me that I had to contact the division and select 1. (the message above does not say anything about this).

I have now called twice holding on for more than 20 minutes each time with no answer from anyone.

How am I going to activate my card and why do I have to do it now after I have made online payments with the same card on the same site for years!

I would appreciate it if someone could sort this BS out so that I can run my business without wasting my time
