Normally when phoning call centers one end up having to explain your query over and over again to different people. I phone Budget to change address details on my vehicle insurance today, spoke to a gent by the name of Luke Dunpall and explained a complex situation.
Luke understood my situation immediately and had a solution ready for me... then I lost the call.
I was sitting with my head in my hands as I honestly did not have the energy to phone again and explain the situation to somebody else.
Next thing my phone rings, it was Luke, he sorted my problem and send me confirmation while I was on the phone.
