Business Account = Personal Account? Rubbish!!

FNB claim to offer all the benefits of a personal account when you open a business account - which I did. I don't operate a personal account so I was pleased to hear their claim - which is why I took the considerable time and effort to open a Business Account. When it comes to trying to pay suppliers or purchase online, however, it seems that their claim to offer the same benefits is simply NOT TRUE.
FNB gave me a Visa cheque card which works well in "normal" transactions - but when I try to purchase online - the sites ask for a "Verify Visa" PIN - which I was not given.
I duly queued up for around 45 mins in their premises to verify my card - only to be told (after many calls to their card division) that a Business Account Visa Card could not be "verified by Visa".
My question now is - how do I pay suppliers and buy online with my current card?
At the bank their answer was that I have to open a personal account - which I don't want to do.
