I have been with African Bank for about 3 years now and everything has never been less than awesome till now.
I have been using the Blue Credit card and decided to upgrade it to Gold Credit card, the card was issued to me and I recieved confirmation of my new balance on the new card. However this card hasnt been activated for use.
I tried using it online and it always declined. I have called the Call center more than 3 times already and each time Head Office would the Branch and visa versa. I had the card now with me for about a month now and still the card doesnt work.
