Deducting money before debit order date

My debit order date is on the 1st of every month i am getting paid on the last day african bank deduct the money whenever they want like today on the 27st instead of 1st what if i needed that money my pay is not even paid in my account this is not acceptable.
My contract with them stated clearly debit order date the 1st of every month so please correct it.
