For the past 4 months i am trying to increase my monthly repayment on my personal loan, with no luck every month I phone then you say eish was a mistake. So I went to Santon City's branch to day and yet again no one can help me because the systems is offline. I wanted to close my account and everyone is looking at me as if I am crazy.

Please can some one that is capable of doing their job phone me back to assist with the following - 1. I want to increase my repayment on my Personal loan, 2. I want to close my stupid account with you guys as I am now with FNB.
