Goo day there. Well i will start off by my personal loan from nedbank SA. i took a loan to try and help my mother. After a year i started to loose out on some of my house responsibilities due to financial side. I decided to go to a Debt aid. that was a year and 4 months ago. Well its only nedbank that is making my life upside down. I keep on paying my accounts but interbank still does not want to close my bank account. Thy keep on sending me sms that my account is in arrears. I was like 10 x inside nedbank and I'm talking to the branch manager, he keeps on telling me i must phone head office. So i do. The sms is quite for like 3 to 4 months and then suddenly my phone cant stop ringing. Please i do not know any more what to do. My work is so i do not get time to mess around with banks.
