Nedbank
Day Light

Took out a student loan was advised by Elvis that the value of repayment would be determined on salary earnings at the end of the student loan. After many times trying to contact Nedbank to enquire how to repay the loan, went into the branch and the consultant got Heidi on the phone who said, that becouse this was a 1 year loan the repayment amount was fixed at R3500, I dont earn enough to cover the loan&petrol. I said but we were told that the repayment was determined by the salary earning to which she replyed oh would you like a 6 month grace period to which I replyed yes, they are now using that as I agreed to pay the R3500 a month on the student loan. After trying on numerous occasion to sort this out, Heid slamming the phone done in my boyfriends ear when he tried to help. Refusing to supply the contract she says I signed stipulating I would pay back R3500 and declining to change the terms. I am now at a loss. What more can I do? Marcel is now going to draw the contract that we apprently signed stating the repayment terms. Isnt this againt the consumer act?
