I have a personal loan with capitec and about 2 months ago they said that if I settle my MFC car loan then i can increase my personal loan. So on the 18th of July I settled my account (R19 000), knowing that I would be able to increase my personal loan in order to cover my other expenses like rent etc etc. Now considering that at the end of Aug i will no longer have the R3000 installment and that is basically extra disposable money. Today I went to increase my personal loan and the system wont allow me to increase by one rand. I took Capitec's advice and now i don't have enough cash to pay my other stuff likerent etc etc simply because I listened to capitec. So now i ASKWHY and how can you give me advice and when I do it, then the rest of your advice dont come off and now its just SORRY ITS YOUR PROBLEM.Your staff obviouslydon't know what they doing. You are making my name look bad. I will not except that. I will be moving my account to enother bank as soon as I get approval to settle all current loans and business with Capitec.
