Nedbank refusing to close my account

I have a problem with Nedbank and my "Branch" is Irene. I went into the branch and signed a document for closing my account on the 07/08/2013. On that date I did not owe the bank anything and I wanted to have a clean break with the bank. Reasons for closure are:
1. I got insulted by a Nedbank call centre employee, I complained and Nedbank never came back to me.
2. I got harassed by Nedbank Personal Loan Department for more than 6 months, where by they would double debit my a/c every month, I complained but Nedbank was not able to help me.
3. The SMS notifiers were always late, I never really knew how much money I had in the a/c and together with the double debiting by the personal loan department my other debit orders we starting to be dishonoured. When I complained to the branch they told me that I had to get on with it as it was not their problem. Almost 2 1/2 months later, having signed the document to close the a/c on the 07/08/2013 Nedbank keeps sending messages that I should rectify my a/c which is arrears. The last email I wrote was to: [Email Removed]
