I have a revolving credit loan on which the repayment has been R500.00 per month. This month I was suddenly debited R525.00 with no prior warning. I tried unsuccessfully to get an answer from the bank. I was transferred several times, cut off and after the fourth phone call I was informed I would have to visit the branch to find out why this happened and that I was not the only client whose re-payment had been increased. I could not get a satisfactory answer and I think their service is very poor in that they increase the debit amount without informing their clients. I would like to know how this could happen especially when I signed a stop order and agreement for a repayment of R500.00 per month.
