I received a call about 2 months ago from your call centre. The female agent went thru the whole spiel and told me that I will get a call from ABSA telling me whether my application (I did not apply, she called me) will be approved or declined. Later a man phoned me and apologised for the fact that this lady did not answer 2 of my questions. The issue is that it is 2 months later and I have not received this promised call from ABSA to let me know whether this was approved or not. This lady had all my details and I am not sure if this was a or not. Can someone call me pls? I am not paying interest on something I do not know if I have it or not. Thanks.
