Absa car finance has failed me again. About 2 months back i sent a request through to Absa asking that my monthly installment should be reduced between the months of Oct 13 - Feb 14 as i was going on Maternity leave and would not be able to pay my full installments during those months. I then received a call from a lady by the name of Portia who assured me that my request was approved and Absa would debit half my installment as at Oct 13. I then asked her to email me a letter confirming that, and guess what, that was never done. To my surprise i received an sms from my bank (this morning) advising of the FULL AMOUNT that was deducted from my bank account. I need this fixed ASAP please. I will not even bother to phone the call centre because i will be pushed from pillar to post.
