Idiculous interests account not sorted out

I bought Furniture from Furn city in 2011, the furniture was faulty and it was exchanged for me this weeks ago.my initial amount for the Furniture was R63433, after the exchange the furniture i took was R46383, a new contract wasn't drawn up but my account was credit.my issue is that the interests i pay are way too high, i pay R1000 should i skip a payment and my installment is R1571, all that doesn't make sense.i would like African bank to sort aout my account, i do not owe you R62000, what happened to the money i've been paying since 2011, the only way that this can be resolved is if a new contract is drawn up which reflects the correct amount.i refuse to be ripped off.and i would like for my credit profile to be updated.
