I have settled my two accounts tht i had with African bank when i was
buying furniture with Furniture City on the 12/04/2013 and make it one
installment. on the 08/05/2013 when i went to get a car finance with
capitec i found out tht i now have three loan with African bank
instead of one.
they added a new combined installment and didn't delete the settled
two accounts. when i call the African bank call center they keep
telling me that it takes up to 30 days to change my credit info they
don't tell me how id they manage to add the account with no delete of
the old/settled ones.
my score is affected by that as a results i can't get enough money to
buy a car from capitec bank
