URGENT HELP NEEDED WITH MY AFRICAN BANK ACCOUNT

This mail serves as formal complaint regarding the administration of my Furniture City / African Bank account.
I was in living in South Korea during 2010-2011 and paid my Furniture City account outstanding balance only to find upon my return to South Africa that my account was blacklisted. They couldn't trace payments and I therefore settled the outstanding balance of approximately R 5000 yet again. I requested that African Bank update my credit details with Trans Union a number of times and 7 months later the matter still has not been updated. This therefore affects my credit ratings and worthiness on a national basis. I called the customers services department again today at 0861 111 011 only to find that my details still have not been updated. I am at my wits end. I only received a settlement letter (REF NUMBER 70380067181501) but this does not help me.

I humbly ask you to please assist with this matter. I am really desperate to have the matter resolved.
