I telephoned requesting a quote on our insurance. The car insurance quotation was higher than our present cover. When I requested details of how to claim the R400 offered I was sent an e-mail giving me all details as well as a second copy of our quotation. I filled in the necessary document and enclosed our current insurance document as proof. I was then informed that we did not qualify as their quote was less than my current. I again sent a copy of my insurance as well as their quote and received a mail from Justine enclosing a quote which was suddenly less than the first with no explanation whatsoever. I find this quite underhand and under no circumstances would now give them my insurance business.
