Updating of early settlement to credit bureau

I bought furniture at furniture city on the 12 April 2013. it was a Fridge, bed, headboard. since they use african bank as their loaner. i decided to settle the two loans i have with african bank and make it one installlment . now on credit bureau i have three account showing. the two acount tht i settle and the combine installment and tht is having a nagative impact in my cradit health. they where suppose to delete the two old account and show the new account not all of them. today my car finance hv been declined due to that . i need this sorted out immidietly
