I bought furniture from Furn City (southgate) in 2011, the total amount for the goods i bought was R64000, i'm so unhappy with the service i received from scrach because from the time the couches arrived i complained about the legs of the couches being loose and the couches sponges being super soft as if they were used.i paid R35000, i;m still paying for them even today, instead of the couches being taken back they were taken for repairs and i'm still unhappy because it looks like nothing was done to them.now there's this bed again that the manager at the southgate branch is refusing to take back as well, i paid R12000 for it, that bed is big, the wood is chipping off, i don't want it, instead of it being exchange i'm being told to put pillows so that it wouldn't leave space.i'm i being taken for a ride because of the colour of my skin or does furn city treat their customers the same way? i'm being told nothing can be done because of my bad credit, firstly, i'm not taking out a new contract i just want the goods i'm not happy with to be exchanged.the contract can be amended because why should i continue paying for something i don't want.i paid close to R50000 and R76000 is left 4 R64000 deal.
