I have a Furniture City account, Order Number 2284804 - Clients Name: Loren Bevilacqua Clients ID Number : 8610130001082. I have on numerous occasions advised the Furniture City branch and African bank branch that my furniture is broken and i want them to collect and replace the furniture. I explicitly advised 7 different African Bank call centre agents that the debit order MUST NOT go off, yet on the 25/06/2013 an amount of R 1719.64 was deducted.
I want a refund and I want the furniture removed from my premises. This needs to be resolved immediately
