WAITING 3 WEEKS FOR A SETTLEMENT BALANCE

I wrote my car off on the 8th of September 2013, on Thursday the 12th Of September I phoned Absa Vehicle Finance for a settlement quote for my insurance, every time I phoned I got the same response, IT TAKES 3 WORKOING DAYS, and after 3 working days passed I phoned again and again and again!!!
