Normally dealing with any insurance regarding claims is like pulling teeth!
But... and this is a big but...!
Mishkah Abed completely changed my perception regarding insurance and has insured that I remain a loyal client for life!
She was super efficient in arranging my rental vehicle, super efficient in getting my claim registered and did not go out of her way to find a loophole through which to try and save her insurance company money.
When the repair shop repairing my vehicle had difficulties in procuring parts she even went as far as to extend the lease on my rental vehicle above and beyond what is allowed for on my insurance policy.
I hope the management at Auto & General discovers the promise this young lady has to offer in the field as client liaison officer.
