Overall bad service

Our one vehicle was written off. The insurance paid the settlement amount and asked for the registration documents so the can pay us. That was about a mont ago and no reply from Absa. Ont the 20th of March phoned Absa to find out whats happening and the guy tells me he cant give any information to me because the insurance paid the settlement amount. Who's vehicle is this??? i've send a mail to request the documents but nothing! I phoned the call centre again and the lady told me she can't help me I should phone the branch that deals with business account. So I phoned them and nobody was avalible. After hours someone answered and said the will call me back. Nobody did!! The 28th I phoned again and the same! Nobody can help and somene will call back. Today I phoned again at about 09H00 and once again no one was availible and i left a message. I phoned at about 12 again and spoke to a lady and she would come back to me with the relevant person and put me on hold. Then she just put the phone down in my ear. After another call and me getting upset she gave me the no of Morne Grobler. The 3rd tel no I was given but no luck yet. There's just no answer. So where to now???
