Settlement amount of vechile don, t make sence

I bought a new vechile. The dealer ask for a settlement on the 8 August 2013. Settlement give was R328951.00. Due to delays the dealer ask for a new update settlement on the 26 August 2013. Settlement given was R330316.00. On the 23 August 2013 they took a instalment of R6030. I phone the call centre and explain to them that for a 18 Days difference the interest can't be R7395.00. The first lady said that there are a mistake, the settlement was worked out on a 90 Days Settlement. They will pay back R6023.00. After a week I phone again, the second lady said it's not activated on system, but she's going to do it. Three days later I phoned again, lady nr 3 said she don't know why the department who must do the payment not doing the payment, but her supervisor will phone me back. Two days later I phone again (Supervisor did not phone) and get to Mr nr 1. He confirm that they have to pay back R6030 in three days time. Next day he phone back and said that they investigate the account and that's the correct settlement. I log a Query on ABSA web, no reply. I just want to speak to someone who can answer the questions.
