Absa Did not Help after my vehicle was paid off in

I sold my car to Suzuki in Strand on 30/10/13 and they only paid Absa on 7/11/2013 after I demanded my car back or the money. Absa received the money on 8/11/2013 . I phoned for proof of full and final settlement from Absa on 14/11/2013. My car registration papers plus all other documents was with the Courier on 18/11/2013 and from 25/11/2013 Absa Vehicle finance and the Courier Company kept on phoning for my ID and the vehicle details and after the 5th time I told the Courier company that when they deliver I will have my Identity ready for them. After about 15 phone calls I went to Absa at Cape Gate and the Manager phoned the call centre and they informed them that all my documents were delivered to Suzuki in Strand as a lady with the name of Bianca phoned and gave them instructions to do so YET I AM SUPPOSE TO ABSA'S CUSTOMER AND THESE IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS WERE DELIVERED TO A STRANGER.

Suzuki took my car on 30/10/13 and they only paid for it on 7/11/2013. Jacques was hiding behind a woman when I went to collect my car or the money. Jacques did not do his work and I had to suffer. They had not paid for the car yet R65000.00 and it was on their showroom floor for R84000.00.
