What is happening at Absa banK??? I have spoken to 3 people and gave two email addresses. I would like a settlement figure on my credit card. What I can't understand is that they keep on telling me it's going to take 3 days... 3 days came and went and no settlement. When I phone the people have more attitude with you! I got "told" my account is in credit... then I get told I owe a small amount to settle??? HOW MANY SYSTEMS do you work on? Why if it 2013 it takes 3 days (with 3 days you can't event keep your promises) to obtain settlement. I actually told the call centre agent - after this i'm done with absa never again! I don't think the staff know we pay their salaries. Can you people please keep to your promises and treat your customers with respect! FNB is so much better.
