THE END OF JULY 2013 I PAID MY RCS CARD IN FULL, WITH THE AMOUNT PROVIDED TO ME BY RCS CALLCENTRE. ON THE PAYMENT SLIP IT SHOWED ACCOUNT IS FULLY PAID. I SENT AN EMAIL TO RCS CARDS TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT IN FULL WICH I RECEIVED CONFERMATION FROM THEM THAT IT WILL BE DONE WITHIN 32 DAYS. NOW THE END OF AUGUST A DEBIT ORDER WHENT OFF ON MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR RCS CARDS, WHEN I PHONED THEM THEY TOLD ME ITS INTEREST ON MY SALDO.(WICH WAS A ZERO BALANCE) NOW TODAY WHEN I PHONED THEM AND ASKED IF THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, THE RESPOND I GOT WAS THAT THAT THE ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSED ON THE 12 TH OF OCTOBER, 2 AND A HALF MONTHS AFTER I REQUESTED IT. WHEN I TOLD THEM THEY MUST PAY MY MONEY BACK TO ME WICH THEY TOOK IN DEBIT ORDERS, SHE DIDNT WANT TO, BECAUSE SHE WANT TO SEE ON MY BANK ACCOUNT IF I REALY HAVE PAID THE MONEY. I WILL IN MY LIVE NEVER AGAIN ADVICE SOMEONE TO TAKE OUT A RCS CARD. I AM A BUSINESS MANAGER WHO ISSUE RCS CARDS, BUT NEEDLESS TO SAY, THAT WILL STOP.
