Promised no debit, yet the debit went through

How many complaints must I put on Hellopeter before your company fixes your billing issues.

I was promised by several people that I will not be debited for this month... and guess what a debit went through...

All I can say is another customer has left Miway because of your pathetic services...

I WANT an answer ASAP... AS YOU HAVE NOW CAUSED ME UNNECESSARY DEBIT ORDERS AND BANK CHARGES BECAUSE OF MIWAY'S STUPIDITY.
