Unable to assist - stranded without funds

ATM accepted International (UBS) Maestro card and PIN then withheld card. No reason given.

Stop Card Line 0800111155 does not cater for Intl. Maestro.

Had to immediately stop/cancel/block card with the issuing bank.

Replacement card will b e sent to my home address in Switzerland where it is little use to me here in South Africa.
