THIS IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE

I settled my credit card and requested that it be closed on 18 October 2013.The lady i spoke to confirmed and even offered me a lower credit limit and i said NO.The following day she phoned again i told her i m not interested. Today i get an sms to fund my account as the debit order will run. How does a debit order go through for a closed account??? Now i phoned the callcentre today AND THIS GUY tells me the account cant be closed its revolving and no payments will be stopped. Please stop harassing me with my own money i AM not going to pay this credit card. I said close it and if someone didnt do their job thats not my problem. NOW HE HAS THE GUTS TO TELL ME THAT IF I PAY I WILL BE REFUNDED IN 7 TO 14 DAYS LIKE REALLY WHY SHOULD I PAY
