Failed payment arrangement

I have been a loyal Nedbank client for the past 3 years. In March 2012, I made a sizeable loan to buy a car. I have been paying religiously my installment of over R 2000 per month. Due to personal circumstances, the debit order for December rejected and one of Nedbank's service agents gave me a call. She advised I pay R 100 extra on my existing debit order and I agreed. A few days ago, I received an sms which started, "Remember your promise! " and the rest of the sms reminded me of of the agreement that an extra R 100 will be deducted on my debit order. This morning, I got an awful surprise when 2 debit orders of R 2020 was taken from my bank account. I'm disappointed and sick to my stomach that a false promise/arrangement have been made just to keep me content for Nedbank to raid my account
