INCOMPETENT HANDLING OF ARRANGEMENT

Due to financial difficulties, I had approached my credit providers directly to assist me, instead of going for debt counseling. Everyone that I approached has been able to help me and I am quiet happy with the service received from all except Nedbank. I had asked for a payment plan which was given to me, and the debit order was to have started from 27/11/2013 for 3 accounts that Nedbank handles.
The first month, instead of taking the agreed payment plan amount, they had taken more than they should have. When I contacted the consultant who had helped me, he said they would refund the difference, which they did. In December, they did not take out the agreed amounts. Today I get a call from Nedbank, telling me that I am in arrears for one account in the amount of R646. I made an arrangement to pay and authorized a debit order effective from 27/11/2013. Someone messed up on their side. I wanted to cancel the arrangement plan, and sent a mail to the consultant on 10/01/2014, - NO REPLY. Sent enquiry- NCC Card Talk to Us on 4/11/2013, replied on 06/11/2013 to say that someone will assist me (ref: 65524403). sent another enquiry on 20/1/2014 (ref 66677611) no help as yet
