Had a jet account and unfortunately due to retrenchment could not pay my account. It went on arrears and would get endless calls from jet and its lawyers. When I got employed I started paying my accounts, and paid it off.
I then required a settlement letter as proof that account has been paid. Surprisingly my account at transunion reflecting arrears and jet is refusing with settlement letter.
When calling them they tell you they will email it, when going to the branch no one seems to know what's going on.
Can I please have my settlement letter and can my credit record be updated
