I settled my account in last year and received a settlement letter from MBD which i then called the Foschini call center to notify them that I've settled my account. i was then told that i need to email the settlement letter, they'll update on my credit report after sending through the letter.
3 days back i requested my credit report on transfusion, only to find that Foschini hasn't made any updates since last year. i called the customer service line on which i was sent from pillar to post. this is totally unacceptable, I've payed up the account i need it to be updated on the credit report.
