This is my very last appeal with African Bank to stop posting my credit card statement and e-mail it to me. I received another statement in the post 2 days ago after writing a complaint here on Hellopeter about the same thing a few months ago. I have since received 2 statements in the post. I was assured by somebody at your complaints department that this would stop and I also gave her my gmail address because apparently the statements were not coming through to my work address. I received a statement again after that discussion we had. I phoned and spoke to somebody else who said it was done and I have received a statement again. I will settle and close my accounts and never deal with you people ever again but not without reporting you to the ombudsman first. I receive my loan statements on my gmail account and the last statement I received was on 09/05/2013 why cant you people e-mail my statement!
