IS THIS STANDARD BANK'S "GREAT SERVICE"?

When I opened up this credit card account I gave Standard Bank my GMail address, and since they record these things as it is a contract, Mr Leroy Cohen can check the recording and tell me WHY Standard Bank went and changed my address to my Yahoo email address without my permission.

Since my HelloPeter account is linked to my Yahoo email address and they had to respond via it, I guess it confused the heck out of them (poor babies). So his excuse was that Standard Bank cannot send statements to Yahoo email addresses and that is the reason WHY I WASN'T RECEIVING MY STANDARD BANK STATEMENTS.

Doesn't blatant incompetence just P you off? I have since informed MR COHEN that I best get my credit card statement this month otherwise I'm off to the Banking Ombudsman - and that is no threat. Since Mr Cohen wants to talk out of his rear end - he better have his facts straight as I received my Statement two months in a row and then they stopped coming.

Best get your act together because I'm not going to budge on this - if you think I won't go to the Ombudsman - try me.
