Since April 2013 I have not received my Virgin Money credit card statement by post - I cannot open anything by encoded e-mail and so have not had a statement since April 2013. I never asked to move away from postal statements and I never asked not to get a statement. Reply only by e-mail. Do not phone me Virgin Money SA and do not leave any messages with anyone. Contact me by email to give your excuses but send the statement by post. Repeat please only POST MY STATEMENTS TO ME AS YOUR SOFTWARE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO LOAD AND I NEVER ASKED FOR E_MAILED STATEMENTS.
