I have purchased a Bed at Bed & Lounge October 2013, and till date I have only received ONE statement via post.
I have ask the lady in accounts at the Bed & Lounge branch in Boksburg to arrange for me to have my statements sent to my e-mail address which is [Email Removed] ; And also till date I have received no statement in my inbox of my e-mail address I have given them several times.
I mean really... I need to pay them every month, but I don't even know how much I still owe them on the account or how much is even paid already!
They sell fantastic Beds, but their accounts department provide very poor disappointing service!
