I was a victim of Identity. Some bought 2 cars using my name. Then ABSA had me listed on credit bureau, despite the fact that they knew i'm not the one who purchased the vehicle.
ABSA has been deducting about 7000 every month for the first car until i went to my bank, standard bank to stop it. Now I recently had a look at my credit report. It shows that i'm now sitting on R53000 in arrears.
The ombudsman managed to have my name removed from the credit bureau. It seems like they are unable to get ABSA to stop deducting money from my account. Please assist.
